I need to know how much it would be to replace the transmission cable and link that Mazda Dealer said I should replace soon?
I visited the service center and the staff was very courteous and the mechanic was very patient and resolved all the issues with my suv. Extremely happy with the service. I highly recommend visiting this location.
Good service although would be helpful for service dept to call customer and inform them of status of work being done and es to mate of time of completion while they wait.
Did some research on the main Mazda website. Then called the dealer and received the email address to contact them. As a result, I was able to discuss lease terms via email with the General Manager, Israel Alcivar, over the course of several days. Mr. Alcivar was courteous and provided accurate answers to my questions. When we arrived at the dealership to look at the car, he did not pressure us at all. When we were being shown the car, he even walked away from us, told us to take our time and to come to him with any questions. ...
They had the car I wanted in stock, took only a few hours from my inquiry call until we drive away with our new car.
