It was Sunday Memorial Day weekend and I was looking for an AWD SUV, a Subaru actually. When I saw that Mazda had more features at a good price, I decided to purchase a 2015 Mazda CX 5 AWD. There were a couple of issues with the car and I told Mike D. (No relations to Mike D. from the Beastie Boys) my concerns, he told me to come back in to have it inspected and have some fixes done since the service shop was closed on Monday (Memorial Day). I came back and dropped the car off. It took a week for all things to be completed. I don't blame Mike for any of this, I'm actually quite disappointed in service because I would have thought it was serviced already since it said it on the carfax. The tires needed to be rotated, aligned, seat latch didn't latch back, seat moved slightly when driving and braking quickly. Mike did throw in nice cargo net for my car and had it sent to the body shop to fix the front bumper grill. All this service was complementary. I dealt with other dealers before and they always promised me things and by the time the sale was complete, they totally forgot about me. Mike didn't. Much respect to him and Phil. You guys were patient with my anxiety and more dealers/salesperson should follow your model.

I have recently purchased the 2017 cx5 touring from the Island Mazda in Staten Island, NY. I have first met with Ms. Kimberly Balbi in sales, I have such a pleasant experience with her and the service the manager steve and she provided was great and in such warm demeanor.
